What a sweetie you are Rufus...Nala would freak if I tried to pick her up onto my lap. :) She will lay half her body on my lap but definitely no picking up!
I stumbled upon your blog and thought Rufus reminds me of our Rocco who was our first born. He thought he was the size of a chihuahua. Luckily, we still have Romi, our 9 year old Ridgeback, who is such an attension hog! I have a soon to be 7 year old Rhodie named Kenya. She wishes she was a lap dog! She is the sweetest girl, with the kindest disposition; she is the best dog I have ever had! It's nice to see so many Rhodesians in the U.S. now, and to such loving homes.
